By purchasing adspace on 1 Million Ads you agree to the terms below. 1 Million Ads is operated by Luca Fries (contact: office@fh-ag.com).

1. Purchase

You buy a rectangular block of pixels on the canvas for 1 CHF per pixel. The smallest purchase is a single pixel (1 CHF). Payment is processed through Stripe. The block is assigned to the next free slot automatically and is shown permanently once payment is confirmed.

2. Logo content

You confirm that you own all rights to the logo you upload and that the content is not unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, extremist, or otherwise inappropriate. Uploads are automatically screened by an AI moderation system that may reject submissions before payment. We additionally reserve the right to remove any logo at any time, without notice and without refund, if we consider it in violation of these rules or harmful to the project. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and you indemnify the operator against any third-party claim arising from your logo, trademark, or copyright.

3. Promotion on X (Twitter)

By purchasing adspace you agree that 1 Million Ads may, at its discretion, mention your company on X (Twitter) as part of promoting the project.

4. No refunds

Pixels are sold "as is" and are non-refundable once placed. The goal of this project is to sell every pixel once.

5. Limitation of liability

1 Million Ads is a private project provided on a best-effort basis, "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator (Luca Fries) cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, downtime, service interruption, third-party content shown on the canvas, claims arising from logos uploaded by other buyers, or any damage resulting from the use of, or inability to use, this website. Use of the site, purchase of pixels and upload of any content is at your own risk. By using the site you waive any claim against the operator beyond a refund of the amount paid, where such a refund is legally required.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
